CEO

Ronnie Costa

A native of Providence, Rhode Island, now based in Venice, California, has worked in the treatment field since 2005, serving as a coach, companion, counselor, and case manager. A certified chemical dependency counselor and an accredited WCI life coach, Ronnie is passionate about helping others overcome the darkness in their lives and guiding them towards their true inner wisdom and purpose. Ronnie works with troubled teens, young adults, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and mental illness, tailoring their approach to meet each client's needs. When not working, Ronnie volunteers with at-risk gang youth and the homeless community, enjoys traveling with their daughter, and skydiving. Inspired by Mark Twain's quote, "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born, and the day you find out why," Ronnie is dedicated to helping others live a life worth living.

Daniel Ingersol

A Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor, worked in sales and business consulting before beginning his journey working the the substance use and mental health treatment field. He is the founder and program director of a West Los Angeles sober living home. For the past six years, he has dedicated his efforts to providing comprehensive SUD treatment, ranging from detox to sober living. His passion for one-on-one interaction led him to focus on case management within sober living settings. A personal journey through addiction recovery equips Daniel with a unique, empathetic perspective when working with clients and their families. In his role at CounselingUNLMTD, Daniel will employ his business acumen to lead operations.

Business Development

Megan Mcdevitt

Megan comes to CounselingUNLMTD with multiple years of serving a wide variety of clients. Catering to clientele with diverse and cultural different backgrounds. Going through her own struggles, she was able to find her true passion in helping and connecting with others. Meg enjoys being of service to her community and takes pride in helping people reach their utmost potential. Originally from Philadelphia, Meg started her career in Maryland - playing a key role in part of building a women’s recovery house, a safe environment to serve women of all ages for early recovery. Knowing what she was capable of Meg sought out the dream she always had and moving to California. In that pursuit she was able to help build an alumni and aftercare program that is still active today.

Lead Case Manager

Johnny Perez

Johnny Perez, a native of Los Alamitos, California, is a beacon of resilience in the recovery world with over two decades of personal experience. As a dedicated member of the 12-step community, Johnny brings hope to those in the shadows of addiction, drawing from his 17-year career in the treatment field.
As a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC I), he utilizes his diverse experiences into assisting others on their recovery journeys, committed to helping them reclaim joyful, fulfilled lives.
Passionate about service, Johnny spends his free time aiding others in recovery and actively engaging in life's adventures, from scuba diving to mountain trails. Grounded by a supportive network, he lives a life filled with love and compassion. Johnny invites you to join him on this transformative journey towards serenity and fulfillment, guided by his credo: Trust God, clean house, and work with others.

Interventionist/ Coach

Yianni Tsatas.

Yianni Tsatas is from Montreal, Canada and is an interventionist and coach with a degree in addiction counseling. He uses his experience and credentials to help others. He understands first-hand how hard it is to break free of dangerous habits. The road to recovery isn’t an easy one. He helps others achieve the power to take their lives back and gain meaning in their journey towards being sober. His service is completely personalized to the individual’s circumstances, but in general he aims to help those suffering from drug and alcohol abuse by: Yianni provides invaluable support for people trying to overcome their destructive behaviors. He helps guide clients to make smart choices and healthy decisions, with the number-one priority being breaking the chain of addiction. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, working out and meditating. He believes that every day is a gift and I find happiness in simple pleasures. Yianni is an invaluable member of the CounselingUNLMTD team
